Who we are

Web Campaign App is operated by Plazmawave. Questions about this policy can be sent to webcampaignapp.72grz@passmail.net.

What we collect

  • Account email: Used to authenticate you via magic link. Stored in our database.
  • Author contact data: Names, LinkedIn URLs, book titles, and notes you import via CSV or Google Sheets. This is your data — we store it to power your campaigns.
  • Books & links: Book titles, cover images, and URLs you add for weekly posts. As described below, books you add may be promoted in other users’ weekly posts.
  • Google account info: If you connect Google, we store an OAuth refresh token to access your Google Drive on your behalf. We store your Google email and profile picture for display only.
  • Configuration: App settings, column mappings, and campaign names you save.
  • Usage logs: Import events and errors are logged to help diagnose problems. Logs include timestamps, event type, and affected author names.

How we use it

Your data is used exclusively to operate the Web Campaign App on your behalf — campaign management, author outreach, and scheduled posts. To draft direct messages and weekly posts, relevant data (such as author details, your writing voice, and book information) is sent to our AI provider to generate that text. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Shared books & cross-promotion

The weekly-post feature is a shared, community feature. When you add books to your account — and especially when you star a preferred book — the title, cover image, and link may be selected and featured in weekly LinkedIn posts that the app generates for other users. Likewise, books added by other users may appear in the weekly posts generated for you.

This is the only situation in which information you add is shown to other users. Your imported author contacts, campaign data, and account details are never shared this way. If you don’t want a book promoted across the community, don’t add it to the app.

Third-party services

Google

Used when you connect your Google account to import private Google Sheets or authenticate. Governed by Google's privacy policy.

Buffer

If you connect Buffer, your channel credentials are stored and used to schedule LinkedIn posts on your behalf. You may need to sign in to Buffer and set a posting schedule there for posts to publish.

AI provider

Author details, your writing voice, and book information are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate direct-message and weekly-post drafts.

Payments

Plan and campaign-credit purchases are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

Database provider

Your data is stored in a hosted relational database in the US.

Email delivery

Used to send magic link login emails. Your email address is transmitted only when we send you a login link.

Automation platform

Powers background campaign workflows on your behalf.

Cloud hosting

Hosts the application. The provider may log request metadata (IP address, timestamp, URL path).

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your license is active. If your license is revoked or expires, your data remains in the database until you request deletion. To request deletion, email webcampaignapp.72grz@passmail.net.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at webcampaignapp.72grz@passmail.net.

Cookies & sessions

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
