1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Campaign Momentum System ("the Service"), operated by Plazmawave, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License & access
Access to the Service requires an active license issued by Plazmawave. Your license is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages at scale
- Attempt to circumvent LinkedIn's terms of service in ways that put others at risk
- Import contact data you do not have the right to use
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
- Share your license credentials with others
4. LinkedIn & third-party platforms
Important notice about LinkedIn automation
Certain automation features (auto-posting, message sending) may conflict with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. You enable these features at your own risk. Plazmawave is not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by LinkedIn or other third-party platforms as a result of your use of these features.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you import into the Service (author lists, campaign data, etc.). You grant Plazmawave a limited license to store and process this data solely to operate the Service on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided as-is. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Plazmawave does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or produce any particular business outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plazmawave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, account restrictions on third-party platforms, or data loss.
9. Termination
We may revoke your license and terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your data may be retained per our Privacy Policy or deleted upon request.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
